Store responsibilities

- Preparing the order and handing it to the courier within the stated time.
- Informing you of any stock shortage or delay.
- Handling complaints and returns under the published policy.
Orders
- An order is confirmed once details and availability are verified.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if details are wrong or stock runs out.
- Quantities and prices are those shown at the time of confirmation.
Payment
- Cash on delivery is the default payment method.
- The full amount is paid to the courier on handover.
- Delivery charges are added to the order total unless stated otherwise.
Shipping
- Displayed times are estimates in working days.
- Cost and time vary by wilaya and delivery type.
- We are not liable for delays outside our control.
Cancellation
- An order can be cancelled before it is handed to the courier, by contacting us.
- After dispatch, the order falls under the return policy.
- Repeated refusals without reason may lead to future orders being restricted.

- This includes disasters, unrest, and disruption of transport or telecoms.
- Obligations resume as soon as the event ends.
